Craving wings? Introducing our mouthwatering "Rib Sticking ZUKTI Wings." It's deep fried to a perfect golden brown, tossed in our signature ZUKTI sauce, honey, hot sauce and salt. Serve it with you favorite dressing on the side or just dip in our ZUKTI sauce. This is a very quick, simple and yet super delicious recipe that your family and friends will love!
Cooking time: 10-15 mins
ZUKTI sauce: 3/4 cup
Honey: 1/8 cup
Sriracha: 1/2 cup or according to taste
Salt: a pinch or to taste
Vegetable Oil: for frying
Brine the chicken wings for at least 3 hours.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Fry wings until they are golden brown.
In a bowl mix ZUKTI sauce, honey, Sriracha and salt.
Save some sauce on the side for basting.
Toss the fried wings with this sauce mix.
Set the oven to broil.
Broil the wings in the oven for 2-3 mins until you see dark caramelization.
Take out wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce mix one more time.
Flip the wings and broil them for another 2-3 mins.
Baste the wings with remaining sauce mixture and serve.

Jack Daniels: 1/4 cup
ZUKTI sauce: 1/8 cup
Club soda: 1/4 cup
Ice: 5-6 cubes
Preparation time: 1 min
Prepare a rocks glass by moistening the rim and rolling it in sea salt. Set it aside.
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Preparation time: 5 -10 mins
Rinse and drain spinach and arugula.
Sauté the grilled chicken with one tablespoon ZUKTI sauce in a pan for 2 mins.
